Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
  • Provide clear and accurate information about company services
  • Follow up with clients and maintain consistent communication
  • Guide customers through the service or order process
  • Handle basic complaints and concerns professionally
  • Keep simple records of customer interactions and updates

Content Creation Responsibilities

  • Create 2–3 short videos per week explaining company services
  • Speak clearly and confidently on camera
  • Present services in a simple, engaging, and relatable way
  • Support basic marketing efforts through content

Requirements

  • Must be female
  • Must be based in Abuja (Lugbe preferred)
  • Must have a smartphone with good camera quality
  • Must be comfortable appearing on camera
  • Must have good communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Must be friendly, responsive, and customer-oriented
  • Must be reliable and professional

Work Structure

Abuja-based (On-site / Hybrid depending on arrangement). Requires availability and responsiveness during working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across Brold Group and its subsidiaries
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and internal coordination
  • Support documentation and internal processes (e.g. visa applications, internal processes)
  • Work closely with leadership to support execution of tasks and initiatives
  • Organize and manage company records, files, and data
  • Assist with internal communication, follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Help ensure smooth coordination between teams and activities
  • Support the improvement of internal workflows and operational structure

Research & Strategy Support Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on business opportunities and market trends
  • Identify and present insights on countries for expansion, market opportunities, and product/service trends
  • Provide simple reports or summaries to support decision-making
  • Suggest practical ideas to improve operations and efficiency
  • Assist leadership with gathering information needed for planning and growth

Requirements

  • Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet access
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be proactive and able to take initiative
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong research and analytical thinking skills
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Docs, Sheets, email, etc.

Work Structure

Remote or hybrid (depending on arrangement). Flexible but requires consistency, responsiveness, and accountability. Direct collaboration with leadership and team members.
