Estimated 4–6 weeks after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. This timeline includes production at the factory, international shipping, and customs clearance. It can be shorter or longer depending on the product and shipping route.
Pricing = Product Cost + International Shipping (per kg) + Customs + Local Delivery + Brold Link Service Fee. We will always send you a full, transparent cost breakdown before you make any payment — so you know exactly what you're paying for.
There is NO individual minimum for you as an individual. However, the group order must meet the manufacturer's Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) before we can place it. MOQ = the smallest number of units a factory will sell in one order. Group buying lets us hit that MOQ together!
